Differential Low Pressure
The DLP Series delivers a high level of accuracy (+/- 0.5% or better) while maintaining a wide range of selectable ranges (Uni/Bi-directional from 0.1” to 40”) and outputs. Optional LCD, integral pitot tube and din rail bracket give the DLP the flexibility to cover all static and differential pressure measurement applications. Wet Differential Pressure Transducer
The WPR2 Series uses remote transducers to reduce product and installation costs, while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Selectable Uni/Bi-directional ranges and outputs and the optional LCD add the flexibility to handle all wet media pressure applications. Relative Humidity (RH) Sensors
The R/RH Series relative humidity transmitters (with resistive temperature output) utilize a capacitive sensing element to deliver a proportional analog output. This series features on board DIP switches which allow the user to select the desired output signal. In addition, field calibration can be performed by using the on board increment and decrement DIP switches. These enhancements provide increased flexibility and outstanding long-term performance. Duct and Outside Air configurations feature conformally coated circuit boards for moisture resistance. Several RTD and thermistor temperature sensing elements are available in this series.

Gage Pressure
The GP Series has been designed to provide excellent accuracy and reliability in commercial, industrial, and process control applications. They feature a stainless steel construction with no o-rings, which makes them compatible with a wide range of gases and liquids. All units are accurate to +/- 0.5% or +/- 1% of full scale. The GP pressure transmitter offers a combined repeatability, hysteresis, and non-linear factor that is typically below +/- 0.15% of full scale. These devices are both EMC compliant and reverse polarity protected. They may also be ordered mounted in an optional NEMA 4 rated enclosure.

Differential Pressure Switch
The DBL Series Differential Pressure Switches are adjustable vacuum, pressure and differential pressure switches designed for both HVAC and Energy Management Applications. Due to the ease of calibration and adjustment procedures, these units will save you both installation time and money. The units have field adjustable setpoints and switching differentials. They will reset automatically. Each unit contains (1) SPDT contact rated for 1.5 Amps @ 250 VAC. All wiring connections are to be made with spade connectors and a maximum wire size of 16 AWG.

Carbon Monoxide CO & Nitrogen Dioxide NO2 Sensors
The CO and NO2 Series transmitters monitor carbon monoxide, or nitrogen dioxide, and are designed for the continuous monitoring of vehicle exhaust in non-hazardous areas. A wide spectrum, long life electrochemical sensor measures the amount of carbon monoxide or nitrogen dioxide in the environment. Both the Room and Duct transmitters are offered in a standard NEMA 1 rated ABS Polycarbonate plastic enclosure. An optional NEMA 4X watertight and dust proof enclosure is available with the room transmitter. Other options include an LCD display with (2) SPDT Form 1C relays and a buzzer.

CO2 Room and Duct
The CO2 room and duct transmitters offer selectable analog outputs and optional temperature sensors and temp setpoint and override for the room version. These low-cost devices feature self-calibrating software that eliminate maintenance costs in most applications. Carbon Dioxide CO2 Duct Sensor
The CO2-010-D monitors carbon dioxide from 0 to 2000 ppm for duct mount applications. They feature analog outputs (see order grid for output options) with a patented ABC Logic™ self-calibration system. The concentration of carbon dioxide is measured using a Single Beam, Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) Absorption sensing method. They will indicate one of five approximate ppm levels. These units should not be used in environments such as greenhouses, wineries, breweries. They should also be avoided in areas where industrial sources of carbon dioxide are present or in applications where the space is left unoccupied for less than 4 hours a day.

General Mounting Thermistors
We offer a comprehensive selection of general mounting configurations for Thermistors (see list above). These sensors provide a predictable and accurate output over the specified temperature range. Each sensor configuration is designed and manufactured for long-term quality and performance. Our OEM, ACI, incorporates standard features such as double encapsulation, and etched Teflon leads where applicable.

Current Switches
The A/ACS and A/ASCS are Solid State Current Switches with an adjustable trip point. The switches on these units are activated upon reaching a desired amperage setpoint. The Split Core design is ideal for retrofit applications and the mounting base is 35mm DIN Rail mountable. They include a Red and Green LED that indicate the "Status" of the switch contacts.
Mini Current Switches
ACI's Mini Current switches are available in split or solid core and fixed or adjustable trip points. The small footprint and price point combined with low trip points and reliable operation make it the choice for all current sensing applications.
