The highly anticipated release of the SMART-Space™ Controller (SSC) from Reliable Controls® has already met with industry recognition. In time for this year's AHR Expo in Chicago, January 26-28, the SSC was recognized as an Honorable Mention in the Building Automation category for the AHR Expo Innovation Awards. The AHR Expo Innovation Awards are given annually to the most innovative and useful products showcased at the AHR Expo in nine separate categories. Award winning products, and products worthy of Honorable Mention, are determined by a panel of judges, appointed by the ASHRAE Journal for their knowledge and expertise in the HVAC&R Industry.

The SSC is a fully programmable BACnet® Application Specific Controller ideal for small applications requiring complete controllability in a compact, economical package. The design includes 3 inputs and 4 outputs with optional real-time clock, humidity, occupancy sensor, and units selector switch.

The AHR Expo features over 1,850 exhibits and 72 educational sessions covering a world of equipment, systems, components, and technology for the air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation industry. The goal of the expo is to provide a venue for access to the newest and the best products under one roof, uniting HVAC&R professionals from around the globe.
