Robb is a Certified Engineering Technologist and member of the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta. 2018 marked Robb's thirtieth year in the HVAC built environment industry.

Ben Colborne joined Reliable Controls in 2020 as the Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Canada. Ben has been in the building automation industry for over 25 years. During his career, Ben has held various positions including technical roles, and has been in sales and sales management for the last 15 years.

Ben Seitz joined Reliable Controls in 2022 as the RSM for the Western USA Region. He has worked in the Building Automation industry for over 29 years with companies of various sizes in capacities covering operations management, sales management, and technical roles. Prior to joining Reliable Controls, he was an Authorized Dealer for 12 years. He is a degreed Electrical Engineer by training and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate.

Casey Crown joined Reliable Controls as the Regional Sales Manager for California in 2024. She has worked in the building automation industry for over 16 years with companies of diverse sizes in capacities covering project management, sales, engineering management, and technical roles. Prior to joining Reliable Controls, Casey was a member of the authorized dealer network for 14 years.

Tracey joined Reliable Controls in 2013 as the RSM for the Central USA region. He has 25 years of controls industry experience. Tracey started in the industry in a service capacity, and grew his career through commissioning, project management, and sales management.

Adam Joined the Reliable Controls team in July 2023 as a regional sales manager for the Great Lakes USA region. In his position Adam is accountable for the sustainable success of Reliable Controls Authorized Dealers across seven states in the Midwest. Adam was formally a key corporate account manager at Dwyer, responsible for servicing tier one building automation clients. He holds a degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University and a diploma in human resources. Adam has a love for motorsports and is an avid racing fan, including NASCAR and Formula 1.

Gary joined Reliable Controls in 2013, bringing substantial sales and marketing experience in building automation, ventilation, and security industries. Gary is committed to providing outstanding customer support, as demonstrated in his 25+ year career.

Sean Roukey joined Reliable Controls at the start of 2025. He has worked in the building automation industry for over 15 years in a variety of roles including sales, sales engineering, project management, and field operations. Prior to joining Reliable Controls, Sean worked for several large tech corporations, including Honeywell and Siemens.

Karina has been instrumental in vastly growing the Reliable Controls brand in Latin America. She is an exceptional communicator and expertly demonstrates the ability to build relationships with dealers in her region, and consistently surpasses sales targets set for the region over the years.

Brian joined Reliable Controls in 2016 and brings with him a long history of sales in the technology sector where he was a VP Sales and Marketing for the European power supply division of Emerson (St. Louis) and Managing Director of the XP Power Group. Brian has also sold embedded TCP/IP software for over 12 years and has developed many dealer networks in Europe and the Middle East.

Abby Kong joined Reliable Controls in 2025 as the Business Development Executive for Southeast Asia, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in the building automation industry. With a background that spans technical, managerial, and leadership roles, including time with an authorized dealer for Reliable Controls, Abby has developed a deep understanding of the industry and the unique needs of customers in the region. Guided by a commitment to collaboration and long-term partnerships, Abby is dedicated to contributing to the continued growth and success of Reliable Controls in Southeast Asia.

Vince has been working in the building automation sector for more than 30 years. Over that period he has been involved with several products in multiple countries and the last twelve years with a Reliable Controls Authorised Dealer. He brings an understanding of  Reliable Controls, the RCAD network and the end user experience to the role.
