Intent To minimize the light trespass from the building and site, reduce sky-glow to increase night sky access, improve nighttime visibility through glare reduction and reduce development impact from lighting on nocturnal environments



Requirements Interior Lighting - Non-emergency luminaires shall be automatically controlled to turn off during non-business hours. After-hours override may be provided by a manual or occupant-sensing device provided the override lasts no more than 30 minutes

Exterior Lighting - Light areas only as required for safety and comfort. Do not exceed 80% of lighting power densities for exterior areas and 50% for facades and landscaping as per ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1-2004
