Intent |
To provide a high level of system control by individual occupants or groups in multi-occupant spaces,
located at the building perimeter and promote their productivity, comfort and well-being

Requirements |
Perimeter - Provide a minimum of one operable window and one lighting control zone per 18.5 m2 (200 sq ft) for all regularly occupied
areas within 4 m (15 ft) of the perimeter wall
Non-Perimeter - Provide controls for each individual for airflow, temperature, and lighting for 50% of the non-perimeter, regularly occupied areas
