Implement all of the following fundamental best practice commissioning procedures:
- Engage an individual as the commissioning authority (CxA) to lead, review and oversee the completion of the commissioning process activities
- Review basis-of-design documentation for clarity and completeness
- Embed commissioning requirements into construction documents
- Develop and implement a commissioning plan
- Verify the installation and functional performance of the systems
- Verify training and operation and maintenance documentation
- Complete a summary commissioning report
