Corporation Headquarters comprises of an
electronics manufacturing facility (North Wing) constructed in 1999, renovated in 2004, and a LEED Platinum
certified annex housing R&D, sales, marketing, and administration (South Wing). The annex,
constructed in 2012, also contains 2 stories of underground parking
and a secured courtyard with bicycle racks and water feature.
The Reliable Controls headquarters annex has been designed and constructed to meet LEED Platinum, and the facility
was LEED Platinum certified on November 13, 2013, achieving 56 out of 70 possible points.
