All design, development, assembly, service, and repair are housed under one roof in our head office. We steadfastly resist the trend to outsource any component of our business, and prefer instead to develop our own processes internally and retain full control of our quality.

Reliable Controls has been formally audited and certified by Intertek, our ISO registrar. Our facilities have successfully achieved ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications.

This accomplishment reinforces our commitment to operational excellence and provides a significant advantage to our dealer network. Many projects and vendors now compel ISO-certified facilities as part of their supplier criteria. Our certification enables dealers to qualify for more opportunities where ISO certification is a requirement.

 Where is Reliable Controls located?

Reliable Controls has a head office located at 120 Hallowell Road, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The head office facility houses design, research and development, manufacturing, marketing, training, and administration as well as the International sales office. A second office at 401 Garbally in Victoria houses our software development team and technical support staff.

  • The Western Canada sales office is located in Calgary, Alberta and an Eastern Canada sales office is located just outside of Toronto, Ontario.

  • In the United States, the Western USA sales office is located near San Francisco, California, a MidWest USA sales office is located in Madison, Wisconsin, a Great Lakes USA office is located in Chicago, Illinois, and an Eastern USA sales office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

  • Reliable Controls has additional sales office for Mexico and Central / South America, for Australasia, for Southeast Asia, and for China.

Reliable Controls sells its products through a global network of authorized dealers.

For warranty and distribution reasons, Reliable Controls does not sell product directly to the end-user customers.

 Does Reliable Controls bid on construction projects?

No. All sales, installation and on-site service is performed by Reliable Controls Authorized Dealers.
